The Spring Festival holiday of the Year of the Rabbit is halfway through. Ctrip data shows that four days before the Spring Festival of the Year of the Rabbit, the multi-format tourism, including hotels, homestays, and tickets, has surpassed that of the same period in 2019.

Compared with the same period of the Spring Festival last year, the number of homestay bookings increased by more than 2 times year-on-year, and the number of ticket bookings increased by more than 50% year-on-year.

Four days before the Spring Festival of the Year of the Rabbit, the number of outbound air ticket bookings by mainland tourists increased by more than 4 times year-on-year, and the number of outbound hotel reservations increased by more than 2 times year-on-year.

From January 19th to the end of the Spring Festival holiday, starting from cities in mainland China, the international flights that have started to resume service cover Asia-Pacific, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East and other countries and regions.

  From the latitude of outbound air ticket booking, Hong Kong, China and Macau, China rank among the top two popular outbound destinations four days before the Spring Festival holiday.

Bangkok came in third, with Singapore and Phuket fourth and fifth respectively.

  From the perspective of tourism and vacation business, four days before the Spring Festival of the Year of the Rabbit, multi-business lines including group tours and packaged and customized tours doubled year-on-year.

Among them, the bookings for group tours increased by nearly 4 times year-on-year, and the bookings for packaged and customized tours increased by more than 2 times year-on-year.

  Qinshihuang Mausoleum Museum

  65,000 tourists are received every day

  On January 23, the Museum of the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor issued a notice stating that the maximum capacity of the museum is 65,000 people, and ticket sales will be stopped in parks exceeding the maximum capacity.

On the 24th, the museum issued a reminder again that during the Spring Festival, the number of restaurants in the museum has become saturated, and the tickets for the period from January 24th to 26th (the third day to the fifth day of the new year) have been sold out. Be sure to visit according to the appointment time.

  On January 24, some tourists reported that it was snowing in Huangshan Scenic Area, and there was congestion when descending from Guangmingding at 1 pm that day, and it took 6 hours to get to the cable car ticket office.

At around 11 a.m. on January 24, Huangshan Scenic Area issued a reminder saying that the number of ticket reservations for the scenic spot on January 25 was full, and reservations were stopped.

At around 9 o'clock in the morning on the 25th, Huangshan Scenic Area issued another reminder that the number of tickets for the scenic spot on January 26 has been fully reserved, and the reservation is stopped.

The scenic spot also reminds that according to the weather forecast of the scenic spot, the temperature in the past two days has been low, around minus 10 degrees Celsius. Tourists who have successfully booked tickets should take anti-cold, warm and non-slip measures in advance.

  Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

  On the evening of January 24, many tourists reported that Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was crowded with people at the top of the mountain, and it took three hours to line up to take the ladder down the mountain.

  Regarding the long queuing time reported by tourists and the fact that some tourists were stranded on the mountain, on the 25th, the staff of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park responded that the reservation system for tourists entering the scenic spot was implemented, and the number of tourists on the third day of the Lunar New Year was indeed lower than that of the previous few days. The number of tourists has reached more than 60,000, and the queue time for scenic spots is relatively long.

The scenic spot also arranged staff to divert the tourists who lined up down the mountain at the Bailong Ladder scenic spot, and guided some tourists to take the cableway down the mountain.

The staff said that there was no hotel to stay on the mountain in the scenic spot, and all the tourists had gone down the mountain by 10 o'clock that night.

In response to the long queues and excessive flow of people reported by tourists, the scenic spot discussed the current limit plan overnight. On the basis of tourists' reservations, the opening time of the scenic spot will be advanced from 7:00 am to 6:00 am starting from the 25th. 40 minutes. In addition, after 4 pm, tourists can only go out and not enter the scenic spot.

  From January 21 to March 31, Taishan Scenic Area (including Dai Temple) is open for free, including the Spring Festival holiday.

On January 24, Taishan Scenic Area issued a warm reminder that due to the impact of this round of cold wave and snowfall, the temperature on the top of Mount Tai reached -22°C, and some roads were covered with snow and ice.

It is recommended that tourists who have completed the recent "0 yuan ticket" reservation can refund the ticket first, and make a new reservation to enter the mountain after the cold wave.

  On January 24, the Taishan Scenic Area Management Committee issued a warm reminder that due to the impact of this round of cold wave and snowfall, the temperature on the top of Mount Tai reached -22°C, and some roads were covered with snow and ice.

As of 15:00 on the 24th, after snow and ice removal, the Hongmen Tourist Road (on foot) is open normally, Tianwai Village and Taohuayu Tourist Road (by car) have resumed opening to traffic, and the Zhongtianmen and Taohuayuan Cableways are in normal operation.

The weather is cold and the roads are slippery with ice and snow. In order to ensure the health and safety of the tour, tourists who have already entered the mountain should not stay for a long time to avoid frostbite.
