Toyota Motor Corporation has decided to suspend operations at all 14 domestic plants on the 25th due to the supply of parts being delayed due to heavy snow.

According to Toyota, all 14 domestic plants will stop operating at night on the 25th due to the disruption of logistics due to the heavy snow and the supply of parts being delayed.



A total of 28 production lines will be suspended at


the Motomachi Plant and Takaoka Plant in Aichi Prefecture,


Toyota Motor Kyushu's Miyata Plant in Fukuoka Prefecture, and


Toyota Motor East Japan's Miyagi Ohira Plant in Miyagi Prefecture

On the other hand, on the 26th, all factories are scheduled to operate normally from daytime.



Toyota says it will increase production in the future to deal with the impact of this shutdown.
