will increase the salary of its staff by 7.8% in this 2023. The company has agreed with the unions a revision of 6.3% to comply with the clause of the collective agreement of related companies (CEV) that links the increase with the CPI real, so as not to lose purchasing power, and for the years 2019 to 2022.

"A triumph of the value of collective bargaining as an ideal tool to redistribute wealth and as a way of recognizing the value of a staff of the highest professionalism, of the first technical and human level," the organization said in a statement.
UGT understands that the salary review for the years 2019 to 2022 has been fulfilled in all its extension and scope, urging the company to undertake a crucial aspect that remains pending: to begin without delay a negotiation process to update the salaries of non-agreement personnel , in recognition of their work, their professionalism, their importance to the business and, of course, their role as trusted company personnel.
