Miroslav Viboh.. The Slovakian Success Story

Slovak businessman and Honorary Consul of Slovakia to Monaco, Miroslav Viboh, has built an empire in real estate and luxury offices, while allowing himself to foray into other sectors, such as eyeglasses.

Now in Dubai, UAE, Miroslav Viboh heads Middlecap, a holding company for financial and investment advisory with offices in Bratislava, Prague, Berlin, London and Monaco.

From defense to luxury real estate

This is the path of Miroslav Viboh, the atypical and successful person par excellence.

His origins are from the city of Zvolen, located in present-day central Slovakia.

Viboh graduated from the University of Bratislava in the late 1980s with a double degree in Tourism, Business and International Trade.

Theoretical skills, which the young man will quickly apply during his first professional experience, were at ZTS DETVA, where he spent three years as an export manager.

As a market leader in industrial machinery and military equipment, the Slovak company has achieved worldwide success with its demining system, which has been exported all over the world.

Then Miroslav Viboh moved to the international department of the company "Martimex".

In this area, the new Chief Operating Officer is particularly dedicated to shifting the group out of the defense market, in close collaboration with a German dredging company.

Alternating between Hanover and Slovakia, Viboh led the project for several years.

Once again success was on point, as the machines left the Slovakian factories to find buyers around the world.

But at the end of the 1980s the Soviet Union was on the verge of collapse.

Czechoslovakia is about to split into two countries.

Soon, the business rules inherited from the Soviet era will be shattered, opening up a field of possibilities for intrepid entrepreneurs.

The military sector, an unexpected starting point for luxury real estate

Using his experience and talents in international negotiations, Miroslav Viboh, after a short tour through two more Slovak companies, returns to his favorite sector: heavy machinery and military equipment.

In his hometown, Zvolen, the businessman then founded Welling, a small company that, within a few years, managed to establish itself as one of the strongest partners of the Ministry of Defense and the Slovak Army.

As the Eastern European country begins the process of joining NATO, Wheeling is gaining momentum, winning, for example, the provision of exclusive services for the MiG combat aircraft that Slovakia itself acquired as part of its accession to NATO. These services extend to about fifty countries.

Miroslav Viboh has been a major contributor to Welling.

Miroslav Fiboh's passage through the defense sector allows him to cross into the real estate sector, on the sidelines of his activity.

Starting in 2007, the man founded the "IMW" company, a real estate development company specializing in the restoration and renovation of famous buildings with a certain symbolism of Eastern European architecture, for example, the former banking center dating back to the beginning of the twentieth century, as well as the former historical site. of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce.

Many of these major achievements have progressively earned professional honors and some have been nominated for prestigious awards.

With its development, BMW has cemented its reputation for restoring exceptional sites, where the enhancement of cultural heritage is combined with the precision of local craftsmanship and functional modernity.
