" Let
's protect minorities
", "
we are not in Poland, even less in Hungary
", chant the demonstrators massed very symbolically in front of the residence of Isaac Herzog, the Israeli president with a largely ceremonial role.
For cartoonist Michel Kichka, the future of the country is at stake.

The organizers wanted to mobilize participants from all political persuasions.
Left and right.

But it is very important, and I believe Netanyahu takes it into account.
Rallies were held in all major Israeli cities.
The largest demonstration took place in Tel Aviv with more than 100,000 participants.
This gigantic protest movement should continue next week at the call of more than 40 civil and political organizations.
