Catering service operators should take the initiative to remind consumers to prevent food waste, post or place anti-food waste signs in eye-catching places, and guide consumers to order meals in moderation as needed.
2. Optimizing business philosophy and strengthening corporate self-discipline.
Catering service operators must, on the basis of ensuring food safety, practice strict frugality in the whole process of raw material procurement, processing, and catering services, reduce food waste, and cultivate a new trend in the industry.
3. Innovate service concepts and promote civilized catering.
Catering service operators should take the initiative to provide packaging services, provide serving spoons and chopsticks, promote "half servings" and "small servings", and lead the new festival trend of "saving during the Spring Festival".
Fourth, change the concept of consumption and practice the "CD Action".
Consumers should abandon the bad habit of "saving face and showing ostentation", and consciously ensure that the banquets are not extravagant, the banquets are not wasteful, the ordering is reasonable, and the leftovers are packaged.
