A total of 203 batches of products produced by 198 enterprises were randomly checked this time, and 26 batches of products were found to be unqualified, with a failure rate of 12.8%.
The unqualified rates of fireworks and firecrackers in the national supervision and spot checks in the past three years were 14.0%, 12.3%, and 12.8%, respectively.
This time, 7 types of fireworks and firecrackers products, including combination fireworks, firecrackers, spray flowers, rotating, spit beads, toys, and lift-offs, were randomly checked, covering all categories of personal fireworks and firecrackers products.
Among them, 95 batches of combined fireworks were randomly checked, with a failure rate of 11.6%; 88 batches of firecrackers were randomly checked, with a failure rate of 14.8%.
The unqualified items found in spot checks involve components, structures and materials, discharge performance, etc.
Among them, the number of unqualified batches of component items is the largest, reaching 20 batches. The unqualified problems are manifested in the fact that the ignition fuse of the product is not a green safety fuse, the installation of the ignition fuse is not firm, or the ignition time of the ignition fuse does not meet the standard requirements.
In the area of spot checks, the production enterprises in Hunan Province and Jiangxi Province in the industrial agglomeration areas were focused on spot checks, and 133 batches and 47 batches of products were randomly inspected respectively, and the unqualified rates were 12.0% and 12.8% respectively.
The results of the spot check have been announced to the public through the official website of the State Administration for Market Regulation.
The General Administration requires that the local market supervision departments should do a good job in handling the results of supervision and spot checks, take measures such as sealing up and detaining unqualified products according to law, strictly prohibit enterprises from leaving the factory for sale, clarify rectification requirements for unqualified product manufacturers, supervise the implementation of rectification measures, and organize in a timely manner review.
The market supervision departments in Hunan Province, Jiangxi Province and other production enterprise clusters must carry out special rectification, comprehensively use various means, maintain a high-pressure situation of quality and safety supervision, and seriously deal with quality violations.
