Peng Huagang, secretary-general and spokesperson of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of China, revealed at a press conference of the State Council Information Office on the 17th that in 2022, a total of 25 groups of professional integration projects from 37 central enterprises will be signed in two batches.
"This has not been done in the past few years," Peng Huagang said. In terms of promoting the strategic reorganization and professional integration of central enterprises, 2022 will make great efforts, which will effectively promote the implementation of related projects.
According to Peng Huagang, the first is to optimize the layout of key areas, and the establishment of new central enterprises and strategic restructuring are steadily advancing.
In important fields such as mineral resources and iron and steel, through reorganization and integration, the scale and strength of central enterprises have been effectively enhanced, service support capabilities have continued to improve, and their functions have been fully utilized.
The second is to strengthen and refine the main industry, and the professional integration has reached a new level.
By printing and distributing guiding documents, holding work promotion meetings, coordinating and promoting key projects, organizing centralized contract signing, holding special exchange meetings, and implementing regular information report and analysis measures, we will continuously improve the working mechanism and promote professional integration to move forward in depth.
The third is to focus on synergistic effects, and the integration of resources has been further promoted.
For example, after reorganization, Ansteel accelerated the implementation of the dual-core layout of "steel + mines", continued to deepen the integration of internal resources, and promoted the construction of the largest single underground mine in the country, Xi'anshan Iron Mine.
Peng Huagang said that the promotion of professional integration is conducive to effectively solving the problems of homogeneous competition and redundant construction among central enterprises, and creating an advantageous enterprise with more focused main responsibilities and main businesses, a clearer business structure, and more prominent core capabilities.
In the coming period, we will focus on "advance, retreat, integration, and integration" and continue to increase the intensity of professional integration.
