Bin Salman pointed out, "Dubai's energy strategy is clear and aims to shift to 100% clean energy by 2050, so projects follow and diversify, as the Mohammed bin Rashid Solar Complex has now become the largest producer of solar energy in the world on one area. He added, "Dewa offers its projects and obtains the lowest prices in implementation, in partnership with the private sector, as we reached a price of $1.6 per kilowatt, which is the lowest price in the world today."

And he indicated that DEWA has a new project with a capacity of 1800 megawatts of solar energy, and there is great interest from international companies and developers in it, in addition to another project with a capacity of 120 million gallons to produce water from renewable energy, and this also receives global interest, all in addition to existing projects. Bin Salman indicated that any project undertaken by DEWA is carried out in partnership with the private sector, with a percentage ranging from 40 to 49 percent for the private sector and the remaining percentage for the authority.
