On January 15, the world's first domestically-made C919 large aircraft flew from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport, "checking in" Shandong for the first time.

The aircraft belongs to China Eastern Airlines (referred to as "Eastern Airlines"), and the verification flight flight is MU7811.

  It is reported that before the C919 aircraft arrived in Qingdao, Shandong Province, it had carried out intensive verification flights in 5 cities and 6 airports including Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Xi'an, and Haikou. It will also go to Jinan, Nanchang, Wuhan, Hefei, Nanjing, Taiyuan, etc. Waypoint to carry out verification flight.

After the C919 completes the route verification flight, China Eastern Airlines will strive to officially put it into commercial passenger operation in the spring of 2023.

At that time, C919 will appear on Qingdao, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Kunming, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen and other routes.

  In early December 2022, China Eastern Airlines received the world's first C919.

In the second half of the month, China Eastern Airlines C919 aircraft began to conduct a 100-hour verification flight to comprehensively test the support capabilities of China Eastern Airlines' various systems to meet and prepare for the commercial operation of the C919.
