On the 10th, a problem occurred in the system called "Bank of Japan Net", which is used to connect the Bank of Japan and financial institutions for settlement of funds, etc., and the auction of government bonds was postponed.

According to the Bank of Japan, due to this problem, "Bank of Japan Net" has become unusable in some areas.

The issue has now been resolved, but the exact cause is still under investigation.

Due to this influence, the Ministry of Finance postponed the auction of short-term government bonds called "treasury discount bills" scheduled for the 10th.

"We apologize for the inconvenience and inconvenience caused to all concerned," the Bank of Japan said in a statement.

In September last year, there was a problem with the "Bank of Japan Net", and there were effects such as delays in about 80,000 transactions.
