Li Minghao said that when it comes to "post-00s", many people will label them as "lying flat" and "not working overtime". "In fact, my peers around me are very hardworking and responsible for their work. In the spare time, I also actively learn new knowledge to 'recharge'."

  Many "Generation Z" have set their sights on emerging careers.

Xiong Huixia, a girl from Sichuan, graduated from a university in Wuhan majoring in Chinese language and literature. "My parents want me to be a civil servant and become a teacher, and I want to be a screenwriter. This is something I am interested in." She said frankly.

  Xiong Huixia said that compared with the "iron rice bowl", "Generation Z" is more pursuing work experience, and is willing to turn hobbies into jobs, such as editing, dubbing, illustration, etc., and there are some students around me who have passed through Xiaohongshu and Douyin. Post short videos to become popular and earn considerable income.

  Wang Yanfei, Human Resources Recruitment Manager of Hubei S.F. Express Co., Ltd., found in the recruitment process that "post-00s" are more assertive and have a more diversified and personalized outlook on career selection.

"Some young people pay more attention to whether their private time after get off work will be disturbed by work, but they don't care much about income," she said.

  Wang Yanfei believes that the "post-00s" career choice concept has formed a "forced force" on enterprises, and enterprises should carefully think about how to "embrace" newcomers, such as work-life balance, salary and treatment.
