In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the damaged fund-raising participants, the registration and verification of the information of the national fund-raising participants in this case will be carried out through the WeChat mini-program from January 5.

　　According to the announcement, the object of this information registration and verification is the fund-raising participants who participated in the online fund-raising of "Qianbao.com" and the offline fund-raising of "Qianbao" enterprises, and have lost the transferred funds.

　　The registered actual loss amount is the actual transfer-in amount (only refers to the transfer-in principal, excluding income) minus the cash withdrawal amount and consumption amount.

Fund-raising participants without actual losses are not included in the scope of registration and verification.

　　On June 21, 2019, the Nanjing Intermediate People's Court announced the first-instance judgment on the case, and sentenced the defendant Zhang Xiaolei to 15 years in prison for fund-raising fraud and confiscated 100 million yuan of personal property.

Zhang Xiaolei pleaded guilty and repented in court, expressing his obedience to the court's judgment and not appealing.

　　It is reported that the case is still in the asset disposal stage, but due to the geographical dispersion and variety of assets involved, some assets have not yet been disposed of.

The judiciary will continue to increase efforts to recover stolen goods and recover damages, and organize the withdrawal of funds in batches according to the results of follow-up work.

　　The main purpose of this information registration and verification work is to verify the scope of the damaged fund-raising participants and the amount of losses in this case, and to provide a data basis for the follow-up work of clearing funds.
