Significant disparities appear between municipalities.

25.8 euros/m2 for an apartment

Tenants interested in settling in this department will have to put their hands in their pockets.

To occupy an apartment in the private park, they will have to pay on average: 25.8 euros/m2 in Vincennes, 24.1 euros/m2 in Charenton-le-Pont, 22 euros/m2 in Saint-Maurice, 20.3 euros /m2 in Maisons-Alfort, 20.1 euros/m2 in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés.

For a typical 1-2 room apartment in the private rental stock, you have to count 27.7 euros/m2 in Saint-Mandé, 27.4 euros/m2 in Vincennes, 25.7 euros/m2 in Charenton-le-Pont, 24 euros/m2 in Gentilly and finally 23.5 euros/m2 in Kremlin-Bicêtre.

More affordable prices are possible for such properties in the department: 18.8 euros/m2 in Noiseau, 18.6 euros/m2 in Mandres-les-Roses or 17.6 euros/m2 in Périgny.

And the houses?

The average prices per m2 for a house are lower.

In 2022, a tenant had to pay on average per m2 charges included in the private park: 23.5 euros in Charenton-le-Pont, 20.5 euros in Vincennes and Nogent-sur-Marne, 18.2 euros in Champigny- sur-Marne, 17 euros in Créteil or Alfortville.

In France, the monthly rent is 8.20 euros/m2 for a house and 9.38 euros/m2 for an apartment.
