Victims of charter fraud by Mr. Kim, who died without returning the deposit after buying 1,139 villas and officetels, demanded active measures to concrete damages from the government.

The victims held a press conference in front of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Sejong City on the morning of the 27th and said, "After the death of Mr. I couldn't even sign up for deposit guarantee insurance," he complained.

As a result of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's tally, among the tenants of Mr. Kim's house, 614 tenants, about half of all tenants, have signed up for the housing city guarantee corporation's jeonse deposit guarantee insurance.

Today's press conference was attended by other tenants who, like Mr. Kim, are suffering from the death of a landlord who owns several houses without returning the jeonse deposit.

Mr. Jeong, a landlord in his 40s who died in July of last year, owned 240 houses. .

Song Mo, a 27-year-old who owned dozens of houses through gap investments in Incheon and elsewhere, also died on the 12th, putting her tenants in trouble.

Victims say, "Each bank has a different attitude towards charter loans, and some of them are in a position to become credit delinquents due to damages caused by not being able to extend the loan." requested that it be provided.
