  As one of the most important packaging forms in the field of food and beverage consumption, the recyclable green design and recycling of PET bottles have always received great attention.

Master Kong released label-free products at the Carbon Reduction, Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Forum on March 3 this year, including sugar-free iced tea and lemon-flavored iced tea, which are packaged in PET bottles without labels.

This is the first non-label beverage product launched in my country's food and beverage industry, which provides new ideas and expands new space for the industry to explore the sustainable development of beverages.

The steam box and oil boiler chimney exhaust gas recovery and reconstruction project can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 173,000 tons per year; the condensed water and reclaimed water recycling and reuse, and water-saving cleaning projects save a total of 760,000 tons of water annually; Guangzhou, Xi'an, and Suzhou Kangyin factories And the photovoltaic power generation project of Guangzhou Baiyin Factory, the annual reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is equivalent to the annual carbon absorption of about 340,000 large trees.

Aiming at the current problems of high energy consumption, difficult degradation and high recycling cost in the manufacture of domestic PET beverage bottle labels, Master Kong’s products take the initiative to tear off the beverage packaging and launch the first unlabeled beverage in the domestic food and beverage industry, in line with the new concept of healthy and environmentally friendly consumption.

  Actively respond to the plastic reduction initiative in product packaging, and promote solutions such as weight reduction of beverage PET bottles, lightweight bottle caps, paper straws, and octagonal boxes.

With the packaging optimization of more products, it is expected to reduce PET particles by 3,400 tons per year, and cooperate with manufacturers to carry out PET recycling.

In 2021 alone, the recycled PET waste was entrusted to qualified third-party factories to make recycled products such as polyester fabrics and packaging plastics, reducing the generation of more than 900 tons of waste plastics.
