During the forum, "Algorithm Application and Governance Observation Report (2022)", "Personal Information Security Annual Report (2022)" and "Platform Economy Antitrust Observation Report (2022)" were released.

  The "Algorithm Application and Governance Observation Report (2022)" found that the current domestic algorithm governance is still in the early stage of exploration, and the algorithm disclosure of enterprises mainly relies on the official Internet information service algorithm filing system, or after the occurrence of public opinion events.

  The results of the survey show that nearly half of the respondents admit that algorithms make their user experience better, but only 10% of the respondents think that the company’s algorithm disclosure is very good, and more than 60% of the respondents said that they have encountered "big data killing familiarity". ", and more than 60% of the respondents believe that companies should be forced to disclose their algorithms.

  "Personal Information Security Annual Report (2022)" evaluates 150 apps from six aspects, including privacy policy, permission acquisition, collection and use of personal information by SDK (third-party software development kit), copy and transfer of personal information, and personalized display .

  The results show that the transparency of app privacy policies has improved compared with last year, and 80% of apps scored above the passing line.

However, there are still 30% of apps that collect unnecessary permissions when they are used for the first time, nearly 80% of apps collect personal information excessively, and less than 10% of apps provide a copy of personal information within 15 days.

  The "Platform Economy Anti-monopoly Observation Report (2022)" found that according to the law enforcement data released by the State Administration for Market Regulation, there were a total of 39 anti-monopoly cases in the platform economy field this year, and the total number has decreased compared with 2021.

The vast majority of them are illegal implementation of concentration of business operators.

According to the report, in the year of normalized supervision, the decision-makers have continuously adjusted and optimized policies, trying to create a more stable and predictable law enforcement environment by refining anti-monopoly law enforcement standards.
