“According to preliminary data, mortgages continue to grow rapidly (+2% in November, adjusted for securitization transactions for 60 billion rubles) after +1.8% in October,” the report says.

It is noted that the total issuance increased by 5%, mainly due to an increase in concessional lending.

Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Finance to submit the necessary regulatory documents from December 20, so that from January 1, 2023, preferential mortgage programs would begin to operate under new conditions.
