The Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival concluded the activities of its sixth session at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, which recorded the largest public turnout in the history of the festival, as it attracted more than 5,000 visitors, who attended the dialogue sessions.

The closing day of the festival witnessed the distribution of the five prizes for the sixth edition’s competitions, which included the festival’s “Hackathon” competition, the “i-Code Junior” coding competition, and the prizes for the emerging companies’ presentation competition in its three tracks: creative and media, the women founders track, and the tourism track.

The Executive Director of the Sharjah Center for Entrepreneurship (Sheraa), Naglaa Al Midfa, confirmed that “the educational, training and support opportunities offered by Sharjah to entrepreneurs have contributed to strengthening its position as a center for innovation, a global investment station, and a preferred home for owners of pioneering experiences from around the world, as the emirate contributes to In achieving intimacy and enhancing the sense of belonging among entrepreneurs to the communities and sectors in which they conduct their business.

She added, "What we witnessed during the two days of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival proves that the future is for those with daring, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking."
