This Wednesday is Student Day, which has always been a day of demonstrations.

The Iranian president must go to the University of Tehran, one of the centers of protest, to deliver a speech.

Faced with the protest movement that has lasted for nearly three months, the authorities are not giving up.

In Tehran, during the day on Monday, many shops remained open including in the Tehran Bazaar.

Fines or other punitive measures are foreseen for closed stores.

Videos have been posted on opposition sites showing closed stores in the provinces.

But the official media also published other videos of the same cities with open shops.

Finally, the filmed confessions of young rapper Toumaj Salehi were published by the media.

He asks for forgiveness.

But in his songs and statements at the start of the protest movement, he had denounced any televised and forced confession if he was arrested.

At the same time, he called on people to take to the streets and take revenge against power and its supporters.
