It was revealed that a local Nonghyup sent a text message recommending cancellation after selling an installment savings product with a high interest rate of 10%.



Namhae Livestock Nonghyup sold high-interest installment savings products that guarantee 10.35% annual interest from 0:00 on the 1st, both face-to-face and non-face-to-face.



More than KRW 100 billion in deposits were collected for the product.



Originally, it was a face-to-face only sales product, but as an employee's mistake made it possible to sign up for non-face-to-face, such as online and mobile, the number of subscribers exploded.



Recognizing this, the Nonghyup stopped selling the product and sent a text message to subscribers requesting cancellation.



The text message said, 'Our Nonghyup has received an amount of deposit that is difficult to handle.

It is said that the apology was also included, saying, "I have faced difficulties in management because I have to pay too much interest." 



An Nonghyup official said, "We cannot force termination," but "we plan to continue to encourage termination because we cannot afford the interest in the current situation."
