The Xiamen Real Estate Industry Association stated that after verification, no major adjustments have been made to the purchase restriction policy in Xiamen.
Xiamen City strictly implements the real estate control requirements, supports rigid and improved housing needs, and meets the reasonable housing needs of new citizens. In principle, families and individuals who are not registered in the city can purchase up to 1 house, and families with registered permanent residence in the city can purchase up to 2 houses in principle.
Among them, families and individuals who do not have a household registration in Xiamen and do not have a house actually work and live in Xiamen can purchase only one house outside the island.
Families and individuals who have paid social security for 3 consecutive years or declared personal tax in the past 4 years, as well as qualified non-city registered talents, are limited to purchase 1 house on the island.
