The French have never been so numerous to do so.

And it goes up every year.

A family matter

At the beginning, Véronique Capon simmers her first healthy meals for her friends.

"A girlfriend, then five. At home, at home, with a fridge. And when you have to cook twelve dishes at once, you don't have enough work surface, not enough ovens. Each time, you have to push the walls, it doesn't pass anymore."

But to meet the modern code of business, it is his son Arthur who gets involved.

"At the time, I was in London and I was finishing my business studies. Very quickly, I found myself recruited. I created a small Facebook page as soon as we put the site online. The movement took off. like powder. It instantly became a start-up," recalls the young man.

30 to 35,000 trays per week

Six years later, Véronique has moved from her small kitchen to her brigade and 60 employees in a 2,500 square meter warehouse.

"It's a change from home, but it's the same thing bigger," she smiles as she shows around a refrigerated space.

"Here, it's cold, it's the tray room. We take out between 30 and 35,000 trays a week."
