According to TASS, Mishustin is on a working visit to Uzbekistan on December 1-2.
Earlier, the presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan, Vladimir Putin and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, discussed the creation of a tripartite gas union with Uzbekistan.
Novak noted that the gas union would expand export directions.
