“In general, I want to say that it is already the end of the year, and we can already say that a systemic crisis has been avoided,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Thus, he commented on the state of the Russian financial market.

Earlier, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, announced the stability of the Russian banking system.
