It's been a week since the cargo union strike.

It's been two days since the government issued an order to start work, but truck drivers are still not moving.

Then, the government is promoting a plan to issue an order to start business in the oil refining sector following cement.

The first news today (1st), this is reporter Jo Yoon-ha.

is a cement distribution base in Incheon.

Cement that arrived by ship is sent to ready-mixed concrete factories throughout the metropolitan area. After the strike, shipments were completely cut off, but after the order to start work was given, it recovered a little the day before yesterday.

[Sampyo Mention Employee: During peak season, we went from 35,000 to 40,000 tons, but now it is 3,000 to 4,000 tons a day, about 10% (goes out.)]

2,000 cement car drivers who participated in the strike The order to start work was delivered to 765 people, about one-third of the 500 people.

The government claims that as a result, cement shipments are increasing and the effect is showing.

[Won Hee-ryong/Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport: Delivery began yesterday afternoon, and today, the final effect of delivery has begun to occur, so we expect the recovery to speed up.]

However, the industry believes that it is still far away.

Although it has recovered to about 25% in normal times, union members have not returned and many cement factories are in a state of shutdown.

[Cement industry official: Those who come can understand that they are not a cargo regiment.

Because some people who were noticing are stepping out...

.]

The government said that the strike until yesterday caused shipment disruptions of 1.6 trillion won, and began to take steps to expand the order to start work to refineries.

This is because the number of out-of-gasoline gas stations increased from 26 yesterday to 49 today, and the number is expected to increase significantly over the weekend.

The cargo union, however, has repeatedly stated that it cannot acknowledge the order.

[Park Yeon-soo/Chief of Cargo Solidarity Policy Planning Office: I think the cargo union strike is a selfish strike, an internal split to drive the strike without justification, and a shake-up of the general strike group.]

In a situation where all channels of dialogue are closed, the government and the labor world are endless. We are unable to get out of the conflict phase.
