The reporter learned from PetroChina yesterday (26th) that the annual crude oil output of the Tarim Oilfield reached 6.6 million tons, surpassing last year's crude oil output one month ahead of schedule and creating a record high.

Recently, the Hade-Fuman block of the Tarim Oilfield completed a new round of new well production increase, and the crude oil production has rapidly increased at an average annual growth rate of 500,000 tons.

Li Xuguang, head of PetroChina Tarim Oilfield's Hade Oil and Gas Production Management Area: 2.66 million tons of crude oil have been produced here this year, a year-on-year increase of 340,000 tons, laying the foundation for Tarim Oilfield's crude oil production to hit a record high.

Since the beginning of this year, Tarim Oilfield has further promoted a new round of prospecting breakthroughs and oil and gas production capacity improvement actions, concentrated efforts to efficiently complete the commissioning of 115 new wells, achieved the best results in oil and gas production time rate and well opening rate, and completed the drilling of 30 ultra-deep wells of 8,000 meters , a record high.

Zhang Chongyuan, Senior Engineer of PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Oil and Gas Engineering Research Institute: The average well depth of 8,000-meter-deep wells such as Keshen 21 and Bozi 8 wells drilled in the South Tianshan Mountains in recent years has exceeded 8,200 meters, and the drilling cycle of 8,000-meter-deep wells has changed from 600 The number of days was shortened to 360 days, and multiple indicators such as drilling, logging, and cementing all set new records.

Tarim Oilfield is the largest ultra-deep oil and gas field in my country and the main gas source of the West-East Gas Pipeline. Currently, it produces 20,000 tons of crude oil and 92 million cubic meters of natural gas per day.

It is estimated that the annual oil and gas production will exceed 33 million tons.
