The Tax Agency has made available to citizens a new real estate search system included in its

auction procedures

, which are published through the Official State Gazette (BOE) Portal.

The system has been designed to locate any property that suits the needs of the interested party using search criteria such as the province where the property is located, the type of property or its valuation, as explained by the Administration through a statement.

The search engine, accessible through the mobile application and the Agency's electronic headquarters, also allows you to locate properties through the 'map' option, where any interested person will be able

to know exactly where the properties are located

.

The new functionality incorporates, in turn, the possibility of saving the selected properties as favorites to facilitate their recovery in future accesses to the search engine, or even share them by mobile instant messaging.

warning system

In addition, in the event that at a certain moment no property meets the criteria entered, an alert subscription system has been enabled that will notify the interested party when an auction that meets those criteria begins.

To access the consultation service, no authentication is required.

As explained by the Agency, the subscription to the real estate notice system will require having a 'Clave Pin' to access from the application, while access through the electronic office can be done both with 'Clave Pin', as with certificate or electronic ID.

The start of this new functionality is added to the implementation of a specific

information and telephone assistance service

so that those interested in participating in the auctions can resolve their doubts throughout the procedure, from when they are interested until they become bidders or awardees.

The telephone agents will resolve any questions that may arise before, during and after the auction is held.

The telephone number that anyone interested in obtaining information should call is 91 598 63 34, which will work from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday, working days.
