Bloomberg: EU diplomats intend to resume discussions on the level of the oil price cap

The article says the bloc is under time pressure as EU sanctions on Russian oil come into effect on Dec. 5.

Earlier, an expert from the National Energy Security Fund, a lecturer at the Financial University under the Government of Russia, Stanislav Mitrakhovich, commented in an interview with RT on the statement of the European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson that the ambassadors of the EU member states on Wednesday, November 23, could not agree on a position on the price ceiling for Russian oil.
