7.99 billion dirhams, the actions of Dubai real estate today

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 7.99 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 272 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 686.62 million dirhams, including 47 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 200.4 million dirhams, and 225 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 486.22 million dirhams.



The most important land sales came with a value of 16 million dirhams in the fifth Al Thanyah area, followed by a pledge of 11 million dirhams in the fourth Al Habiya area, followed by a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.



The first Jebel Ali region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 25 sales at a value of 86 million dirhams, followed by the fifth district of Al Habiya, with 9 sales at a value of 33 million dirhams, and a third in Al Yafra 2, with 3 sales at a value of 4 million dirhams.



With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, the sale amounted to 24 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, as the most important sale, followed by the sale of 23 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally the sale of 16 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.



The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of apartments and villas sales, as it recorded 28 sales at a value of 33 million dirhams, followed by the Burj Khalifa region, with 20 sales at a value of 84 million dirhams, and a third in Dubai Marina, with 16 sales at a value of 64 million dirhams.



Mortgages recorded a value of 7.13 billion dirhams, of which 21 land mortgages amounted to 4.04 billion dirhams, and 67 mortgages for villas and apartments amounted to 3.09 billion dirhams.



As for donations, 18 donations were recorded, with a value of 177.73 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Mankhool region, with a value of 120 million dirhams, and another in the Al Barsha area, south of the Fourth, with a value of 21 million dirhams.
