According to the notice, in accordance with the provisions of the "Post Law of the People's Republic of China", "Tobacco Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, and "Administrative Measures for Electronic Cigarettes" (State Tobacco Monopoly Administration Announcement No. 1 of 2022), electronic cigarette products are delivered , atomized substances, nicotine for electronic cigarettes, etc. are subject to limited management:
1. The limit for sending e-cigarette products is: 2 pieces of smoking equipment; 6 pieces of e-cigarette pods (liquid aerosols) or products sold in combination with pods and smoking equipment (including disposable e-cigarettes, etc.), and the total volume of e-cigarette liquid should not exceed 12ml.
2. The delivery limit of e-liquid and other atomized substances and nicotine for e-cigarettes is 12ml per piece.
3. Sending smoking sets, e-cigarette cartridges (liquid aerosols), products sold in combination with cartridges and smoking sets (including disposable e-cigarettes, etc.), e-liquid and other aerosols, and nicotine for e-cigarettes is limited to one per person per day. pieces, multiple delivery is not allowed.
4. Due to special circumstances such as technical review, quality supervision and inspection, and identification and testing, it is necessary to overdeliver smoking sets, electronic cigarette cartridges (liquid atomizers), and products sold in combination with cartridges and smoking sets (including disposable electronic cigarettes, etc.), Atomized substances such as smoke liquid and nicotine for electronic cigarettes shall be handled in accordance with the relevant requirements of the local tobacco monopoly administrative department.
Delivery of smoking sets, e-cigarette pods (liquid atomized substances), products sold in combination with pods and smoking sets (including disposable electronic cigarettes, etc.), e-liquid and other atomized substances, electronic cigarettes, etc. Nicotine used in tobacco shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the tobacco monopoly administrative department.
