If you are looking for a job, a "Arms for our restaurants" card to identify them is now available to you.

: this was the meaning of the appeal launched by Laurent Mariotte in his program La Table des Bons vivants.

Faced with the shortage of labor in the catering industry, the "Arms for our restaurants" operation is gaining momentum.

Job offers submitted by restaurateurs and chefs are now available and viewable in the form of an interactive and constantly updated "Des bras pour nos restaurants" map.

If you are a restaurateur, chef, manager of a brewery, a 3-star hotel or a truck driver: you can easily submit your own job offer using this form.

It is simply a question of mentioning the name of the establishment and its address, the type of post and the nature of the contract and especially the best way to contact you to apply.

If you are a pastry chef, chef, sommelier, chef de partie or even a waiter, looking for a position on a fixed-term or permanent contract, anywhere in France, come regularly to consult the menu "Des bras pour nos restaurants" to discover new offers.

And apply with direct contacts!

Between February 2020 and February 2021, at the height of the Covid crisis which saw restaurants and cafes close their doors, 450,000 people left the world of hotels and restaurants according to figures from the Ministry of Labor.

The terraces then reopened, the kitchens resumed service... but the catering sector is still in great difficulty recruiting professionals and attracting new talent.

This summer, several hundred thousand job vacancies thus remained unfilled.

"Everywhere in France, in bistros, in gourmet restaurants, on truckers, we see the little poster 'looking for staff, dishwasher, clerk, chef'", summed up Laurent Mariotte.

Mobilization is just beginning.
