An agreement between Azizi Developments and Dubai South to purchase a plot of land of 15 million square feet

Azizi Real Estate Development Company announced the conclusion of a deal with Dubai South, according to which the company acquired a premium plot of land of 15 million square feet, located in the most likely area for growth in the emirate.

The details of “Azizi” for the development of this large plot have not yet been revealed, as the project will be worth tens of billions and will include more than 24 million square feet of total built-up area.

Under the same agreement, Azizi will be the main developer responsible for the construction of the project's buildings, internal roads and infrastructure.

The signing ceremony was held in the Azizi pavilion at Cityscape Dubai 2022, in the presence of Khalifa Al Zaffin, CEO of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South, and Mirwais Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Real Estate Development Company.

The ceremony was also attended by the CEO of Azizi, Farhad Azizi.

Mirwais Azizi said: “Dubai continues to consolidate its position as a global hub for business, tourism and innovation, and this is evidenced by the growing number of investors and end-users choosing to buy their homes in the emirate.”

Khalifa Al-Zafin said: “We are pleased to sign this agreement to purchase the plot of land with a well-known developer who has a proven track record in completing real estate projects and complexes across the country.
