Transneft received an appeal from Belarus to increase the transit tariff by 39%

This was reported to TASS by the official representative of Transneft Igor Demin.

“We received a corresponding letter from our Belarusian colleagues, where they ask for an increase in the tariff by 39% with the justification that they expect the freight turnover through their system to double from next year,” he said to the agency.

Also on the eve it became known that the Ukrainian operator of the system of main oil pipelines Ukrtransnafta sent a request to Transneft to increase the tariff for the transit of Russian oil through Ukrainian territory.
