The 2021 median salary will increase overall compared with the previous year
The survey data show that as enterprises gradually resume production and work, the salary level of various industries in Beijing in 2021 will show an overall upward trend compared with 2020. The industry continued to recover, and the median salary increase was more prominent.
The survey data in the "Report" comes from the sampling data of corporate salaries in Beijing in 2021. The survey is carried out in an online plus offline mode. The offline data involves 5,351 valid enterprises in the sample survey in Beijing; the online data involves 15 nationals in Beijing. The major categories of economic industries, 35 sub-sectors, a total of 5517 enterprises.
Overall, it involves more than 1.17 million on-the-job employees and more than 330,000 recent college graduates.
The money and financial services industry has the highest median salary
From the perspective of the median salary, the top five industry salaries in 2021 are monetary and financial services (293,600 yuan), capital market services (288,300 yuan), Internet and related services (245,700 yuan), news and publishing ( 202,400 yuan), insurance industry (192,200 yuan).
Generally speaking, industries such as finance, the digital economy, and the service industry have strong salary competitiveness.
"Free Trade Zone", "Three Cities and One District", "Urban Sub-center" and other areas with Beijing's planned development characteristics, the salary level basically keeps pace with the overall level of Beijing.
The median salary of high-tech talents in the financial industry is the highest
The "Report" analyzed and studied the salary levels of the three major groups of "skilled talents, fresh graduates, and high-tech talents in key industries" that enterprises and society are more concerned about.
The median salaries of each skill level of "junior, middle and senior skilled personnel, technicians, and senior technicians" are 85,000 yuan, 112,000 yuan, 118,000 yuan, 119,000 yuan, and 124,000 yuan, respectively.
According to the salary data of the 2021 college graduates in Beijing, the median salaries for technical research and development/professional skills positions, business positions, sales positions, and support positions are 94,800 yuan, 87,700 yuan, and 82,900 yuan for undergraduates, respectively. 10,000 yuan and 79,000 yuan; among those with a master’s degree or above, the median salaries of these four types of positions are 112,900 yuan, 98,000 yuan, 95,100 yuan, and 91,600 yuan, respectively.
Among high-end management talents, the top three industries with the highest median salaries are finance, smart/high-end manufacturing, and digital economy, with median salaries of RMB 597,600, RMB 553,300, and RMB 534,400, respectively.
