[Explanation] On November 19, the 28th Jilin International Rime Ice and Snow Festival and the opening ceremony of Jilin City's new snow season were held in Jilin City, Jilin Province.
In recent years, as Jilin Province continues to promote the development of ice and snow economy, more and more Chinese and foreign tourists are willing to enjoy ice and snow here.
Jilin rime, together with Huangshan sea of clouds, Taishan sunrise, and Qiantang tidal surge, are known as the four major meteorological wonders in China, and Jilin City is known as the "capital of rime".
The Songhua River meanders through the city. Affected by the temperature difference and the fog in the river, a dreamlike rime landscape is formed on both sides of the river every year.
In 1991, Jilin City held the first Rime Ice and Snow Festival.
After years of development, it has become a comprehensive festival integrating tourism, culture, sports, economy and trade.
In the past two years, despite the adverse impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the number of tourists received by Jilin City during the snow season still ranks among the top in the country.
The local world-class ski resorts——Vanke Songhua Lake and Beidahu—received new highs in the number of skiers.

With the advent of our "post-Winter Olympics era", our Jilin Beidahu Resort also ushered in a new peak of skiing.
In fact, since last year, the number of tourists in our entire (snow season) has increased by more than 30%.
This year, we expect this growth trend to continue.
This year, we expect to receive more than 800,000 tourists.
[Explanation] On the opening day of this year's Rime Ice and Snow Festival, more than 10,000 tourists participated in the warm celebration.
During the festival, the local area will launch characteristic ice and snow activities centering on the four major sectors of ice and snow tourism, ice and snow culture, ice and snow sports, and ice and snow commerce, to deeply tap the "platinum economy".

Especially our skiing and vacation customers from the south, like our Shanghai region, Guangzhou (zhou) Shenzhen (Shenzhen) region, including Shenzhen Greater Bay Area, many of these orders have been booked early.
[Explanation] Last ski season, Jilin Province received 2.18 million skiers, making it the second largest ski destination in China after Beijing.
This year's new snow season, ski lovers are still full of expectations for Jilin.
