is a friendly economy time.

Reporter Han Ji-yeon is with me.

Will you be able to check online to see if your ancestors own land in the future?

<Reporter>

Yes, starting today (21st), you can check it online from home.

You can use related services on V-World, an open platform for spatial information operated by Government 24 and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Until now, it was necessary to prepare documents to prove the inheritance relationship with the deceased family and visit the city, county, or district office in person, but now you can apply online and check the results.

It is the same online or offline that heirs of deceased landowners must apply.

I wonder if there are any lands of my ancestors that I don't know about, but in case of sudden death, there is a high possibility that there will be lands that descendants don't know about, so it would be nice to check it out.

Over the past five years, an annual average of 450,000 applications for 'finding ancestral land' have been received, and 714,000 parcels of land were found last year alone.

How can you find out specifically?

<Reporter>

Yes, first of all, if you want to search online, unlike offline, it is limited to ancestors who died after January 1, 2008.

First, you need to download the basic certificate and family relation certificate for your ancestors from the Supreme Court's electronic family relation registration system.

You can apply by attaching it to the site mentioned earlier, entering identity verification and ancestor information, and designating the local government in which you currently live.

The result takes up to 3 days because the local government needs time to check.

Results can be viewed and printed on the Internet.

You can see what your land looks like right away without going there, and you can check it with aerial photos and serial cadastral maps in the smart land information app or V-World.

And if the land owner died before December 31, 2007, you can directly visit the Si/Gun/Gu Office with a certified copy of your registration.

Is Black Friday season in the US starting this week?

<Reporter>

Yes, Black Friday is the biggest sale season in the US.

It starts this Friday.

The won-dollar exchange rate, which rose to 1,444 won, is currently taking a breather in the 1,300 won range.

Although it is at a higher level than in the past, if you take advantage of the high discount rate of Black Friday and promotional events of card companies, you will be able to shop using the advantages of overseas direct purchase.

Promotional events by credit card companies provide points refund benefits such as discounts or cashback at the time of payment. I looked into the big benefits, and when I purchased over $100, I got up to 50,000 points, or when I paid over $50, I got up to $20. There was also an event where you get 20% off the payment amount immediately.

Also, from this week, the restrictions on the use of disposable products will be expanded. When did this start?

<Reporter>

Yes, this Thursday.

Many of you already know this, but I'm here to tell you one more time because it's just around the corner.

You can't buy and use plastic bags at convenience stores anymore, so it's better to bring a shopping cart.

If that is difficult, you can put it in a pay-as-you-go bag, disposable shopping bag, or paper bag.

However, multi-use shopping bags and paper bags are not free.

The price is up to 5 times more expensive than the 100 won plastic bag, so it would be good to know.

It's the same day again.

Disposable paper cups or plastic straws cannot be used at cafes or convenience stores.

In the case of straws, alternative materials such as paper, rice, or reeds are preferred.
