In recent years, the National Development and Reform Commission (hereinafter referred to as the National Development and Reform Commission) and other departments have vigorously promoted the replacement of old and new home appliances, and the promotion of green smart home appliance consumption has become a hot topic.
Home appliance consumption is an important part of household consumption and one of the "Four King Kongs" of traditional consumption. How to release green potential in home appliance consumption and build a recycling chain is an important part.
In recent years, my country has strengthened policy guidance in this regard through pilot demonstrations, model exploration, experience summarization and promotion, etc., and has explored and tried all aspects of home appliance recycling.
On September 3, the National Development and Reform Commission held a video scheduling meeting of the home appliance recycling target responsibility system to analyze the difficulties and blockages that enterprises are currently facing, and study and deploy the next stage of recycling target implementation.

He introduced that before dismantling the air conditioner, the refrigerant must be recovered into the compressor and the valve must be tightened to prevent the refrigerant from volatilizing in the air due to the cutting of the pipeline during dismantling. When dismantling the external unit of the air conditioner, the staff must fasten the work safety belt , When the air conditioner outdoor unit is moved from outdoor to indoor, the fuselage needs to be bound with a safety rope at the same time.
The National Development and Reform Commission and other departments have launched the "Implementation Plan on Improving the Recycling and Processing System of Waste Home Appliances to Promote the Renewal and Consumption of Home Appliances" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan"), which clearly proposes to optimize recycling channels and support large-scale home appliance production, sales, and recycling enterprises. The business platform uses distribution, installation, maintenance and other channels to develop reverse logistics and carry out recycling of waste household appliances; use Internet technology as a link to improve the coverage of the recycling system through the integration of online and offline development; encourage large-scale recycling companies to absorb individual recyclers , Establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship, or carry out recycling of waste household appliances by making an appointment for recycling, and hand them over to compliant companies for processing.
"At present, the development of the home appliance market has entered a new stage with the characteristics of intelligence, high quality, scene, experience, and service. Renewal and upgrading can improve people's quality of life and meet people's growing needs for a better life." At the same time, there are many preferential policies such as special old-for-new subsidies that can be used in combination to promote energy conservation, emission reduction, low-carbon and high-quality development.
Earlier this year, the platform also carried out the "Trade-in 1 Yuan Green Action" public welfare project. Every time a user completes an old-for-new order, the platform donates 1 yuan for public welfare tree planting.
For the green consumption of home appliances, trade-in is not only an important policy driving force, but also an effective means of implementation.
The specific measures put forward in the "Implementation Plan" include carrying out home appliance trade-in activities and exploring new consumption patterns of home appliances. "Festival" and other activities and home appliance renewal discounts, etc., carry out renewal consumption activities such as the replacement of old and new home appliances covering urban and rural areas, support industry associations to actively play an organizational role, and the government provides the necessary docking service platform.
