$ 5 gold losses in spot trading

Global gold prices fell during today's trading, losing more than $5 in spot trading.

According to global market data, the prices of the yellow metal in spot transactions fell by 0.32%, or the equivalent of $5.76, to reach $1768.43 an ounce, by 12:07 noon UAE time.

Gold futures contracts for December delivery decreased by 0.3%, equivalent to $5.3, to reach $1,770.45 an ounce.

In terms of other precious metals, silver fell by 1.07% to $21.29 an ounce, palladium fell by 0.95% to $2060.02, while platinum rose by 0.02% to $1016.05.
