Luxpetites Sotheby's International Realty has announced the sale of a villa in Palm Jumeirah for AED 145 million.

The villa on Palm Jumeirah ranks among the top 10 most priced properties in Q3 2022. Spread across 17,000 square feet and a built-up area of ​​13,000 square feet, the villa features panoramic skyline views, stunning interiors and high-end amenities from brands such as Minotti, Cassina, Baxter, Knoll and Mille.

Palm Jumeirah witnessed the largest sales volume in the main sector, with a total of 5.10 billion dirhams, and the largest sales volume in each of the two main categories of apartments and villas, with a total of 3.89 billion dirhams and 1.1 billion dirhams, respectively.

The average price per square foot in Palm Jumeirah for villas was AED 4,924 in the third quarter of 2022, as prices increased by 36.85% on a quarterly basis, in addition to an average price growth of 7.62%, and sales volume reached 1.17 billion dirhams.

Palm Jumeirah is advancing significantly in sales volume, and other residential destinations for villas appeared during the third quarter of 2022, such as the Emirates Living Complex, where the sales volume of villas reached 867 million dirhams;

and Mohammed Bin Rashid City, where the sales volume approached 700 million dirhams.
