Informa Markets, the organizer of Cityscape real estate exhibitions, stressed the importance and role of Cityscape Exhibition, the major event in the real estate sector in Dubai, which will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from November 21-23, as an important source For foreign direct investments at the world level, revealing the percentage of foreign exhibitors participating in it, which amounts to 60%, and the intention of real estate development companies to launch completely new development projects throughout the country, in addition to providing opportunities for purchase on the scheme.

Informa Markets said in a statement that exhibitors from 15 countries are seeking to attract real estate investments in the exhibition, especially with the continuous growth of Dubai's presence as a center for high net worth individuals and an international market.

Alex Hof, Director of Cityscape Dubai, said: “Dubai is rapidly consolidating its position as a market to attract investments, with an 18% increase in the number of high net worth individuals in the first six months of this year, and it was named the richest city in the Middle East. and Africa by (New World Wealth), which specializes in the study and follow-up of global wealth.

He added, "This position, reinforced by the increase in the number of individuals who are millionaires and billionaires in Dubai, plays a pivotal role in attracting those looking for internal investments in their foreign projects."

Hof continued: “The participants from the UAE informed us of their intention to launch completely new real estate development projects across the country, in addition to providing off-plan purchase opportunities,” noting that, in addition to purchase deals, the event focuses on keeping pace with the rapid development of the market and the transformation in the reality of the sector. Post-Covid-19 buying preferences, demand for sustainable living solutions, and technology-based marketing patterns.

According to the organizer’s statement, the exhibition is witnessing the participation of Pakistan and Azerbaijan for the first time, at a time when competition will be fierce for internal investment, as many foreign exhibitors, including the United Kingdom and Greece, seek to attract buyers by offering discounts ranging between 5 and 30% of Selling prices listed.
