At the 5th China International Import Expo Spillover Forum being held in Shanghai, the sub-forum "Green Development and Open Innovation - China's New Energy Power under the Trend of Globalization" attracted much attention.

  "From the perspective of the supply chain composition of the auto industry, China has become a major trading country for the import and export of complete vehicles, new energy vehicles and auto parts in the world, and its import and export trade volume ranks among the top in the world," she said.

She introduced that according to the statistics of UN Comtrade, in 2021, the export value of (China) auto parts will be 45.57 billion US dollars, and the import value will be 30.28 billion US dollars, ranking the second and third in the world respectively; Ranked third in the world, with an import value of 52.85 billion US dollars; vehicle exports ranked tenth in the world, with an export value of 24.39 billion US dollars, of which the export of new energy vehicles accounted for 41.6% of the total vehicle exports, ranking the world's new energy 7th in car exports.

  She said that on the whole, driven by the three revolutions of energy, intelligence and interconnection, the supply chain of traditional automobile manufacturing is facing a reshaping, and intelligent networked vehicles and new energy vehicles are gradually becoming the key directions for the future development of the automobile industry.

Relying on the advantages of the ultra-large domestic market, the world will maintain high attention to the development of China's new energy vehicle field, and the rapid development of China's new energy industry will gradually show new advantages in the global market.

  Xu Jing, vice president of the China Society of International Trade, believes that cross-border e-commerce and new energy vehicles are the two major areas in which China ranks first in the world.

He pointed out that China's cross-border e-commerce has successfully entered various countries with the help of "Made in China and local services", and is developing into a true multinational company.

Between new energy vehicles and cross-border e-commerce, the opportunity of digitization of the service industry can be used to realize the integration of cross-border e-commerce and new energy vehicles, and promote the formation of a community of coordinated layout of global supply chains and industrial chains.

  Lao Lingling, director of the e-commerce research center of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, said that the development momentum of China's e-commerce is still strong and resilient, and the market size has repeatedly hit new highs.

In 2021, China's online retail sales will reach 13.1 trillion yuan; in the first half of 2022, the proportion of online retail sales of physical goods in total social retail sales will increase to 25.9%.

Lao Lingling said that while the development of e-commerce strongly supports "promoting consumption, stabilizing foreign trade, expanding opening up, benefiting people's livelihood, and bringing employment", it is also constantly exploring the field of green and low-carbon development, especially in the green packaging supply chain, recyclable Warehousing, plastic reduction and other aspects have increased innovation.

  Tian Yu, deputy general manager of Nezha Automobile Brand Center, said that on a global scale, the automobile industry is facing major changes, and electrification and intelligence are the main trends of change. , it can be said that there is a corner overtaking 'code'".

He introduced that in 2022, Nezha Auto will start the first year of "going to sea".
