3.3 billion dirhams real estate transactions in Dubai

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 3.3 billion dirhams.



Today, the department witnessed the registration of 643 pledges of allegiance worth 1.93 billion dirhams, including 68 pledges of land, worth 463.09 million dirhams, and 575 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, worth 1.46 billion dirhams.



The most important land sales of 123 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in Wadi Al-Safa 5, followed by a pledge of 24 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.



Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 23 pledges worth 62 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali area with 17 pledges of 55 million dirhams, and the third in Al Yafra 2 with 5 pledges worth 7 million dirhams.



With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 58 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 46 million dirhams in the fourth Al Thanyah area, and finally a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.



The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 69 pledges of allegiance worth 125 million dirhams, followed by Palm Jumeirah with 57 pledges of 393 million dirhams, and the third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens with 50 pledges of 87 million dirhams.



Mortgages recorded a value of 1.25 billion dirhams, including 54 mortgages of land worth 1.17 billion dirhams and 39 mortgages of villas and apartments worth 79.09 million dirhams.



While 10 donations were registered worth 178.51 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Bateen area, with a value of 117 million dirhams, and another in the Sabkha area, with a value of 35 million dirhams.
