Emirates Airlines wins 5 international titles at the "Ultra" and "APEX" Awards

Emirates Airlines has won five global and regional awards at two prestigious ceremonies for the travel and aviation industry, in recognition of its industry-leading services, global network and best-in-class travel experiences.

It won two awards at the 2022 ULTRA Awards, and was crowned with the titles "Best Airline in the World" and "Best Airline in the Middle East".

It also won a "Global Award", a "Five-Star Rating" and a "Travelers Award for Best International Entertainment" at the APEX Awards 2023, according to a statement issued today.

Based on approved passenger reviews and professional audits, Emirates was honored with the "World-class Safety, Well-being, Sustainability and Service" award, a "Five-Star World Rating", and the Passenger Choice Award for Best International Inflight Entertainment and Information System (ice ice) at APEX / IFSA in Long Beach, California.

Apex is one of the world's largest international carrier associations and has hosted the annual Industry Awards since 2018.

Readers of the luxury travel magazine Ultra Travel UK, published by The Telegraph, have also chosen Emirates as one of the world's top providers of luxury travel experiences.

Emirates President, Tim Clark, received the two awards during a ceremony held yesterday in Pan Pacific London, in the presence of a crowd of dignitaries and officials in the travel industry.

Clark expressed his happiness to receive this honor from the Ultra 2022 and Apex Awards again.

“This win reflects our hard work and the commitment of our teams to making our brand’s promise of traveling with enduring excellence a reality for customers around the world,” he said.

He added, "Our efforts do not stop, and we have ongoing investments worth billions of dollars to completely renovate the interiors of more than 120 aircraft, provide new on-board menus, and a host of other improvements that will take the distinctive Emirates experience to new heights."

For his part, Chairman of Ultra Travel, Nicholas Perry, said: “presenting these two awards to Emirates is not only in recognition of the quality of its services, but also because its famous hub in Dubai has remained open and continued to perform vital tasks during the pandemic and serve those who need to travel.” .
