government has announced a specific plan to supply 500,000 public apartments over the next five years.

First of all, by age group, 340,000 homes will be supplied to the youth and 160,000 homes will be supplied to the 4050 households.

By region, 360,000 units are sold in the metropolitan area, including 60,000 units in Seoul, and 140,000 units are sold in non-metropolitan areas.

There are three main types of sales methods.

Half of the 500,000 homes, or 250,000 homes, are sold at 70% or less of the surrounding market price, and up to 80% of them are supported as long-term loans with a 40-year maturity of up to 3% interest.

In this way, if the surrounding market price is 500 million won, the pre-sale price is 350 million won, and if 80% of the money is filled with long-term loans, you can receive the pre-sale at 70 million won, which is 15% of your money.

Second, 100,000 units will be provided for the optional type, which is purchased after living for 6 years as a rental, and 150,000 units will be supplied for the general type, which is supplied at 80% of the market price.

The government plans to receive advance subscriptions for 76,000 homes next year.

About 11,000 houses are included in the metropolitan area, including 3,300 in downtown Seoul and 7,300 in public housing in the metropolitan area.

In addition, we plan to create a special supply for unmarried youth, which has not been there before, and expand subscriptions for the 4050 homeless class, who have been paying income tax for five years.

In order to compensate for the difficulty of winning due to the low subscription score, we decided to introduce a lottery system that excludes up to 60% of the points centered on the small scale.
