The material says that the supply of Belarusian fuel to Russia, which was previously unprofitable, will be subsidized by the Russian budget through damper payments.

According to the interlocutors of the publication, the Russian state-owned "Promsyryoimport" (owned by the Federal Property Management Agency) will buy fuel at high prices at Belarusian refineries, and then sell it on the Russian stock exchange SPbMTSB.

The difference in the price of the company is compensated from the budget.

Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced a breakthrough in the construction of the Belarusian-Russian union.
