According to RIA Novosti, this follows from a press release from the company.

Ford Motor Company has completed its exit from previously suspended operations in Russia by selling its 49% stake in the Sollers Ford joint venture.

The company also specifies that Ford shares will be transferred to the joint venture at par value.

On March 2, Ford announced the suspension of operations in Russia.

In Russia, as the Izvestia newspaper reported with reference to the Avtostat analytical agency, 2,916 new Chinese-made passenger cars were sold from October 3 to October 9, which accounted for 30.3% of the total volume. 

Chery cars were the most popular — 1148 cars were sold.

This is followed by Haval (771 pieces).

Geely (538 units) and Exeed (252 units) were also in demand, coming in sixth and ninth respectively.
