To achieve the goals of "two nos" and "three guarantees", continue to play the role of the core mechanism of "off-peak delivery and balanced promotion", adhere to the equal emphasis on epidemic prevention and control and production operations, adhere to both safe operation and quality assurance, and adhere to terminal stability and maintenance. Pay equal attention to rights and interests, make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of peak seasons, and strive to create safe peak seasons, smooth peak seasons, green peak seasons, and heart-warming peak seasons.

It is necessary to implement the safety system to ensure the smooth flow of channels, delivery companies should strengthen self-inspection and self-correction of potential safety hazards, consolidate the results of the special rectification of the "four noes" in the mail and express work sites, strengthen the rectification of the on-site operation order of the distribution center, and resolutely curb the occurrence of major safety production accidents .
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of expressing concern and care, delivery companies should thoroughly implement the relevant arrangements for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the courier group, promote the implementation of key tasks and measures, effectively protect the rights and interests of grassroots outlets, and enhance the sense of gain of front-line courier employees.
It is necessary to strengthen packaging management to curb excessive packaging, and continuously promote and consolidate the results of the whole chain management of express packaging.
At the meeting, the China Express Association released the results of the "Double 11" green initiative.
In the past year, 16 member units including China Post, SF Express, Zhongtong, Yuantong, Yunda, and Shentong actively responded to the "Double 11" green initiative, effectively promoted the green development of the express delivery industry, and made positive progress.
