10% salary increases

By discovering those of his employees, Arnaud Barral, director of an office furniture company, cannot believe it.

They are asking him for a 10% salary increase.

"In a company's ability to bear such amounts, it's huge," he is alarmed.

"At this stage, I have these requests in front of my eyes and I am looking for an intelligent response. There are salaries, there are bonuses, there are plenty of things we can do", he specifies nevertheless.

There are many other solutions but a 10% increase is not possible.

"In these heights, I regret to say that my company is not rich enough to support that," he repeats.

Negotiations will take place during the month of November, but Arnaud Barral wants to remain optimistic.

Its 250 employees have already shown solidarity with the company.

An increase in all fees
