Dubai International prepares to receive 2.1 million passengers within 10 days

Dubai Airports Corporation said that Dubai International Airport will witness a noticeable increase in passenger traffic during the next ten days, coinciding with the mid-year vacation.

The institution added in a statement, the number of travelers witnessed a significant recovery to record a movement similar to the levels of 2019 thanks to the strong recovery witnessed by the travel sector during 2022, which makes this season the busiest since the epidemic.

According to Dubai Airports data, traffic is expected to reach about 2.1 million passengers through Dubai International Airport between October 21 and 30, bringing the average daily number of passengers to 215,000 passengers to and from Dubai.

The airport is also expected to witness a large movement of passengers on October 30, receiving about 259,000 passengers, making it the busiest day during this period.
